If used as fall protection → meets 1910.28 & 1910.29 requirements:
- Top rail height: 42 in ± 3 in
- Mid-rail halfway between top rail and floor
- Must withstand 200 lb force outward/downward
Barriers protect from contact with machines/vehicles if applicable (1910.212)
